Beta Blocker is provided by Vivre Tech LLC. Beta Blocker is an on-device privacy filtering app for iPhone that provides local filtering tools for the Beta Blocker in-app browser, user-selected photo and video exports, and supported Safari webpages after you enable the Safari extension.

Beta Blocker is designed to process filtering locally on your device. The app does not upload your photos, videos, browser page content, or browsing history to Vivre Tech LLC.

1. Information we do not collect

• We do not collect browsing history.
• We do not use third-party analytics SDKs.
• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not track users across apps or websites.
• We do not intentionally upload your photos, videos, browser page content, or browsing history to Vivre Tech LLC.

2. Photos and videos

When you choose photos or videos for Export, Beta Blocker processes that media locally on your device to apply selected censor effects. Output files are saved only when you choose to save or share them.

3. In-app browser

Beta Blocker may process page content displayed inside the Beta Blocker in-app browser so the app can detect supported media and apply local filtering. Browser page content and browsing history from the in-app browser are not intended to be uploaded to Vivre Tech LLC.

4. Safari extension

If you enable the Beta Blocker Safari extension, Safari may ask for permission to read and alter webpages you visit. This permission is required so the extension can detect page media and apply censor effects locally on supported webpages.

Beta Blocker cannot automatically enable the Safari extension for you. iOS requires you to enable extension permissions manually. Beta Blocker does not send Safari webpage content or browsing history to Vivre Tech LLC.

5. App preferences and local settings

Depending on your settings and app version, Beta Blocker may store app preferences locally on your device, such as enabled features, selected censor styles, saved looks, per-category styling, filter settings, extension setup state, appearance settings, and other configuration choices.

6. Notifications

Beta Blocker may use local notifications if you enable them. These reminders are generated on-device. You can control notification permissions through iOS settings.

7. Purchases and subscriptions

Beta Blocker Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Vivre Tech LLC does not receive your full payment card details. Apple may provide limited transaction or subscription status information needed to unlock app functionality, manage purchases, or troubleshoot subscription issues.

8. Support

If you contact support at support@vivretech.app, Vivre Tech LLC may receive your email address, message content, screenshots or files you choose to attach, and any other information you voluntarily include. Support messages are used to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, maintain business records, and protect the rights and security of Vivre Tech LLC, users, and others.

9. Apple diagnostics

Apple may provide crash reports, diagnostics, or usage information if you have enabled sharing diagnostics with developers in your Apple settings. This information may include device type, iOS version, app version, crash logs, and technical diagnostics. It should not include your live photos, videos, browser page content, or browsing history.

10. Website privacy

The Vivre Tech LLC website is designed as a static public website for app information, privacy, support, and terms. Vivre Tech LLC does not use advertising tracking on this website.

This website is hosted by Vercel. Vercel may process standard request information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamps, and security or performance metadata in order to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the website. Vivre Tech LLC uses this information only to operate and secure the website, not for advertising tracking.

11. Sharing information

Vivre Tech LLC may share limited information with service providers who help operate the business, such as website hosting and security, email hosting, app distribution, customer support, Apple diagnostics, and App Store purchase processing. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services.

Vivre Tech LLC may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Vivre Tech LLC, users, or others.

12. Data retention

Vivre Tech LLC retains support emails and related correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide support, maintain business records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and protect rights and security.

App settings stored locally on your device remain on your device unless you delete the app, reset settings, or the app provides a way to clear them.

13. Security

Vivre Tech LLC uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed by Vivre Tech LLC. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

14. Children

Beta Blocker is not directed to children under 13. Vivre Tech LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Vivre Tech LLC, contact support@vivretech.app.

15. International users

Vivre Tech LLC is based in the United States. If you contact Vivre Tech LLC from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where service providers operate.

16. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information Vivre Tech LLC holds about you. To make a request, contact support@vivretech.app.

You can control Safari extension permissions, notifications, and Apple diagnostics sharing through iOS settings. You can also delete Beta Blocker from your device to remove locally stored app data, subject to standard iOS behavior.

17. App Store privacy information

App Store privacy disclosures should match the final released version of Beta Blocker. Local-only processing that is not sent off-device is different from data collected by Vivre Tech LLC. Support emails, optional attachments, Apple diagnostics, subscription status, any future analytics, crash-reporting SDKs, third-party SDKs, or cloud features should be disclosed if they are included in the released app.

18. Changes to this policy

Vivre Tech LLC may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If material changes are made, Vivre Tech LLC will update the effective date above and post the revised policy on this page.
