Terms of Use

Beta Blocker is provided by Vivre Tech LLC. By using Beta Blocker, you agree to use the app responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with these Terms of Use.

1. Filtering utility

Beta Blocker provides local filtering tools for supported in-app browsing, user-selected media exports, and Safari webpages when you enable the Safari extension and website permissions.

Beta Blocker does not provide system-wide filtering across every iOS app and does not monitor your whole phone. Filtering availability may vary based on iOS behavior, app permissions, Safari extension permissions, website restrictions, device performance, content type, and the released app version.

2. Detection limitations

Beta Blocker does not guarantee that every item will be detected or censored. Detection accuracy may vary and filtering can produce false positives or false negatives. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before saving or sharing them.

3. No professional advice or emergency use

Beta Blocker is not medical, legal, emergency, parental-control, or professional safety advice. It should not be used as a replacement for emergency services, parental supervision, medical advice, legal advice, professional safety tools, or device-level restrictions.

4. Lawful use

You are responsible for using Beta Blocker lawfully. You must not use the app to violate platform rules, laws, or the rights of others. You must not use Beta Blocker to harass, surveil, coerce, or violate the rights of another person.

5. Beta Blocker Pro

Beta Blocker Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription. Core filtering features remain available for free. Pro unlocks premium censor styles, reverse censoring, unlimited saved looks, per-category styling, premium presets, and cosmetic rewards.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings. Any free trial terms, prices, and billing periods are shown in the app before purchase.

Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.

6. License and acceptable use

Vivre Tech LLC grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use Beta Blocker on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these terms, Apple platform rules, and applicable law.

You must not reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, resell, misuse, or interfere with Beta Blocker except where applicable law expressly allows it.

7. Third-party content

Beta Blocker may filter supported third-party webpage or media content, but Vivre Tech LLC does not control, host, or endorse third-party content.

8. Apple terms

These terms are between you and Vivre Tech LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Beta Blocker or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Apple may be a third-party beneficiary of these terms where required by Apple platform rules.

9. App changes

Vivre Tech LLC may update, modify, or discontinue Beta Blocker features over time. Vivre Tech LLC may also update these terms when the app, Apple platform requirements, or business terms change.
